MARTYN JENKS
Chartered Accountant
Martyn Jenks qualified as a Chartered Accountant at the age of 22 and became a partner in a medium sized firm of Chartered Accountants, based in Kent in 1984.
In 1987 he formed his own firm M N Jenks & Co; in 1990 he was joined by Trevor Lane and in 2003 the firm became Limited.
He is committed to ensuring the firm’s clients receive the best possible service at competitive rates.
TREVOR LANE
Chartered Accountant
Having obtained a degree in Economics & Accountancy at Southampton University, Trevor joined a local firm of Chartered Accountants, and qualified in 1981. He worked on London-based clients in the 1980s but decided that long-term, he would rather concentrate his efforts working in the local area.
He joined M N Jenks & Co. as a partner in 1990 and has significant experience dealing with tax and accounting issues affecting family businesses and in Charity accounting requirements.
Trevor was Church Treasurer for over 10 years and has used this experience in advising his charity clients. He remains an active member in the Church. He has always been a keen sports fan and still enjoys playing badminton on a regular basis.
